Note: We do not ship to PO Boxes for live plants and bouquets due to delivery timing requirements. Gardening tools may be shipped to PO Boxes.

Processing Time
Standard Order Processing

Live Plants and Fresh Bouquets
- Processed within 1-2 business days to ensure freshness
- Shipped early in the week (Monday-Wednesday) to avoid weekend delays
- Not shipped during extreme weather conditions
High-Volume Periods
During peak seasons, processing may take an additional 1-2 business days:
- Spring planting season (March-May)
- Mother’s Day and Valentine’s Day
- Holiday season (November-December)

Receiving Live Plants
Important: Please unpack live plants immediately upon arrival
- Remove from shipping box promptly

Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned as undeliverable due to:

- Refusal of delivery
- Multiple failed delivery attempts
- No one available to sign (when required)

Damaged or Lost Shipments

- We will arrange replacement or refund
For Gardening Tools and Other Items (within 14 days):
- Document damage with photos

- We will provide return label or replacement
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package shows as delivered but you haven’t received it:
- Check with neighbors and household members
- Verify the delivery address in your order confirmation
- Check around your property (porches, side doors, mailrooms)

- We will file a claim with the carrier
Important: We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. We recommend:
- Using a secure delivery location

Address Changes and Order Modifications
