Same-day flower delivery in Warsaw is real, but it has conditions worth understanding before you rely on it. In short: an order accepted before 16:00, Monday to Saturday can be delivered the same day when the chosen composition, a delivery slot and studio capacity are available and confirmed. Get those pieces right and a bouquet prepared this morning can reach the recipient this afternoon.
Here is how the cut-off, the slot and the express option actually work.
The 16:00 cut-off is the key
The deciding factor is the cut-off, not the time the van leaves. IFIORA offers same-day flower delivery in Warsaw for orders accepted before 16:00, Monday to Saturday, subject to a free slot, the chosen flowers and current capacity, and after the studio confirms. Standard delivery usually takes about 3–4 hours from an accepted order, and accepted orders may continue in preparation and delivery up to 20:00. If timing matters, order in the morning so there is room in the day.
A local model makes this dependable: the bouquet is prepared by hand at a Warsaw flower studio in Mokotów and driven across the city, so same-day is a genuine operation rather than a promise forwarded down a chain.

Standard, same-day and express
| Option | Timing | Cost | Condition |
|---|---|---|---|
| Standard | Usually 3–4 h from an accepted order | 29 zł (free from 500 zł) | A slot is available |
| Same-day | Accepted before 16:00, Mon–Sat | As standard | Flowers, slot and capacity confirmed |
| Express | Up to 2 hours | 50 zł | Only after prior contact and confirmation |
Express — express flower delivery in Warsaw within 2 hours — is arranged case by case: it is offered only after you contact the studio and it confirms flower availability and capacity, not as an automatic checkout button. None of these options reach addresses outside Warsaw, and the studio is closed on Sundays, with no Sunday deliveries.
For anyone considering same day flower delivery warsaw, IFIORA works by hand in Mokotów and delivers across the city.
Choosing your date and slot
You can choose a specific delivery date and time slot during the ordering process, and the available dates are shown as you order. This is useful when the delivery is tied to a moment — a dinner, a visit — rather than “as soon as possible.” For a planned event, picking the date and a slot is more reliable than leaning on same-day.
Whether you are sending to a central address or asking for same-day flower delivery in Mokotów, Warsaw, the conditions are the same across every district of the city: IFIORA delivers throughout Warsaw and does not serve areas outside the city.
Ordering same-day from abroad
The 16:00 cut-off is Warsaw time, which matters when you order from another country. Work backwards from it: if you are several hours behind, your “early afternoon” may already be past the cut-off in Warsaw. Place and pay the order well before 16:00 Warsaw time, enter the full address and a phone number, and choose from the current selection rather than a specific stem that may not be in stock that day.
IFIORA’s Mokotów florists are glad to help with flower shop warsaw, made by hand and delivered across Warsaw.
FAQ
What’s the cut-off for same-day delivery in Warsaw?
Orders need to be accepted before 16:00, Monday to Saturday, with the chosen flowers, a slot and studio capacity available and confirmed. Standard delivery then usually takes about 3–4 hours.
Is same-day delivery automatic?
No. It is confirmed by the studio once the flowers, a slot and capacity are available. A local florist confirms the same-day slot when it accepts the order.
How is express different from same-day?
Express is delivery up to 2 hours for 50 zł, and it is arranged only after prior contact and the studio’s confirmation. Standard same-day is the usual 29 zł (free from 500 zł) within the 3–4 hour window.
Can I get same-day delivery to any Warsaw district?
Yes — the same conditions apply across all districts of Warsaw, including Mokotów. Delivery does not extend to towns outside the city, and the studio is closed on Sundays.
